Preduzece Za Puteve Beograd on sale – Starting price RSD 506.5 million

The administrative receiver of Preduzece Za Puteve Beograd has opened the sale of the legal entity through public bidding.

The main pieces of the company's property are the head office building in Belgrade, asphalt bases in Obrenovac, Zagradje and Mala Krsna, road bases in Arandjelovac, Mladenovac, Topola, Rudnik, Ljig, Lazarevac, Obrenovac and Krnjaca, as well as the mechanization, equipment and inventory.

The legal entity has been estimated at RSD 1,013,024,035.46, whereas the starting price is RSD 506,512,017.73.

The public bidding will be held on March 22, 2017, at 11 am, at the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade.
