Puratos Group takes over Austria’s Diamant

(Diamant factory) Puratos Group has reported that it has acquired Diamant, one of the leading producers of raw materials in the baking industry in Central Europe, a member of Werhahn Group.

As stated, Diamant is one of the leading producers of raw materials for the baking industry in Austria. Its presence in the markets of Poland and the Czech Republic is also very strong, and it is available throughout Central and Eastern Europe through distributors and partners, under its own brand or through private trademarks.
