Greece's Alpha Bank reached an agreement with MK Group on the sale of 100% stake in the share capital of Alpha Bank Srbija a.d, it was reported on the London Stock Exchange site.

It is noted that the transaction will be completed once the relevant regulatory approvals are acquired.

The transaction is expected to have a positive impact on the bank's capital and solvency and the accomplishment of its restructuring plan, the report adds.
