Zeleni Venac garage to be powered by solar panels – PUE Parking Servis looking for contractors for reconstruction of Belgrade parking lots

PUE Parking Servis Beograd is looking for contractors for investment and regular maintenance of garages in the capital of Serbia.

The Pionirski Park garage will get an elevator for persons with special needs, the garage in Masarikova Street is looking at the reconstruction of the façade, the installation of a fire alarm a carbon-monoxide detection system, whereas the garage in Obilicev Venac Street is to have solar panels installed, the tender documentation states.

Maintenance works to the end of optimal functioning will be performed on 8 garage buildings (Dr Aleksandra Kostica St, Kralja Milutina St, Botanical Garden, 27. marta St, Vukov Spomenik, Pozarevacka St, Milesevska St, Radivoja Koraca St).

Most of the works are planned for summer, and interested companies can apply by February 6.
