Around this time of the year, renowned fish restaurant Send Andrea in Zemun traditionally organizes Ada Bojana Days, a festival of authentic dishes made of native river and sea fish.
In the restaurant's maritime ambiance, the guests will be enjoying fish freshly caught at the confluence of the Bojana and the Adriatic Sea. In addition to the best sea food, the restaurant's menu will include eel brudet and various fish specialties from Ulcinj.
Ada Bojana, although concealed from view and outside the routes of mass tourism, is the most well-known natural jewel of the Adriatic coast. The Bojana surrounds it on two sides, whereas the third one is bathed in the clearest sea water. Thanks to its isolated location and a unique natural ecosystem, Ada Bojana is more than just the favorite destination for tourists treasuring their privacy, but also a paradise for those with a taste for quality river and sea fish. Thanks to Ada Bojana Days, people of Belgrade can now enjoy it as well.
This unique gastronomy festival, which will take place from November 18 till December 18, will spread the maritime ambiance from the coast of the Danube, and the guests will get to taste the famous fish stew made after the well guarded recipe of Ada Bojana's renowned culinary masters. The Sent Andrea restaurant will be offering the freshly caught fish each day, which will be prepared after traditional recipes by the restaurant's chefs and their colleagues from the famous Cickova Carda restaurant in Ada Bojana.
