Unsuccessful tender of business organization "Zavarivač" from Vranje

Privatization Agency announced yesterday (February 5, 2008) that the public tender for specialized welding company "Zavarivač" from Vranje had failed, because there had been no offers for procurement of capital of that company.

Total of 40.2% of total capital of company "Zavarivač" - 31,066 stocks of nominal value of 3,000 RSD, owned by the Share Fund and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund - was offered for sale on the tender.
