Citizens receive Telekom dividend of RSD 403.7

On July 20, the Central Securities Depository paid out dividend to all citizens who owned Telekom a.d. Beograd free shares on July 19, 2016 (record date).

Net RSD 13.022 per share was paid out to around 4.8 million people, Postanska Stedionica announced.

The state is the majority owner of Telekom with 58.1% of shares, the company’s own shares make up 20% of the capital, whereas the rest is owned by current and former employees and citizens. The citizens individually own 31 Telekom shares and will receive net dividend of RSD 403.7.
