Novi Sad is becoming a city of investments - Development of working zone Sever 4 and completion of facility construction for Lear announced

The Strategy of Sustainable Development of the City of Novi Sad for the next five years comprises 163 projects, the head of the Office for Local Economic Development, Marijana Dukic –Mijatovi, has said today at the "International days of energy and investment" at the Novi Sad Fair. – Investments will be in focus of this fair and we are proud that with the help of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, we are opening a new working zone "Sever 4' which is an exceptional investment potential Dukic – Mijatovic said.

Outlining that the city has to offer a number of other attractive locations to interested investors, she estimated that with the arrival of Delphi and Lear, Novi Sad is at the map at the global level as well.

- By the end of October, at the lot of eight hectares, a new commercial facility for the Lear will be built and another location on six hectares is under maintenance which will be offered to a new investor interested in investments- Manfic added.
