Ruma to get residential-business complex on 8.000 m2 - "Most II" expects the first residents in early 2017

Residents of Ruma will soon get a unique residential-business complex "Most II", on nearly 8,000 m2, with an attractive rotating restaurant at the top, with a a beautiful view over Fruska Gora and the entire Srem.

The investor and contractor on this facility is Ruma-based Yelmar doo., and the project was done by the project office within the company, headed by chief designer Djordje Jelaca, who is also the owner of the company.

The total gross area of residential and commercial complex "Most II" is 7,909 m2. Out of that area, 1,500 m2 goes to commercial space on the ground floor with a gallery, 1,000 m2 goes to a restaurant with a roof terrace and residential space occupies a total gross of 5.409 m2.

- The complex has 80 flats of various structures - from the flats on 23.5 m2 to four-room ones on 105 m2 and duplex on 112 m2. Four shops on the ground floor with a gallery occupy up to 200 m2, a rotating restaurant has capacity of up to 150 people, with five suite units of 30 m2, adjoining kitchen and extra space, and a roof terrace Djordje Jelaca, owner of the Yelmar said in an interview for eKapija.

The specific feature of the residential and commercial complex "Most II" is a rotating restaurant with a view of the Fruska Gora and the entire Srem. Yelmar, based on extensive experience in construction, decided that the facility is built of about 2,000 m3 "Ytong" material. "Ytong Termoblok Plus 30"was used for external walls which meets all standards of new energy efficiency regulations.

- The entire structural system is reinforced concrete, GF + 6 + pk, which is the first building in Rumi of this system and the number of floors. The area in front of the building will be enriched with original sculpture, which will represent a mixture of two close arts of sculpture and architecture – Jelaca said.

Construction of residential-business complex "Most II" started in April 2015 and the planned deadline for completion is December 2016. - Since completion is planned for late 2016, we expect the first tenant in January 2017. Customers’ interest is satisfactory and the price per square meter of living space is between 700 and 800 euros per square meter, while the value per square meter of office space and restaurants totals EUR 1,000 - Djordje Jelaca concluded
