Leskovac-based Nevena goes bankrupt

Since Tuesady, Leskovac-based Nevena has been in bankruptcy and the Agency for licencing of trustees in bankruocty was appinted a trustee in bankrupcty, the Trade Court in the town announced.

Mid this month, 73 employees were paid reimbursements where RSD 41, 2 m was set aside from the Republic budget.

At the hearing for defining existing bankruptcy reason over bankruptcy debtor HI "Nevena" AD from Leskovac, held December 22, at the Trade court, judge for bankruptcy saw that there are permanent inabilities of payment and opened bankruptcy procedure over the bankruptcy debtor and based on the proposal of DOO "Nev kom from Leskovac as of November 2 this year, it was stated in the announcement of the Trade court.

Decision on bankruptcy was published at the board of the court and will be also published at the Official Gazette RS and in one of the well-sold newspapers launched at the territory of entire Republic of Serbia.
