Carrefour is coming to Novi Sad first - In early 2017, hypermarket opening in Belgrade planned

Exclusive carrier of Carrefour of franchise for CEE , Marinopoulos Group, will open at least two hypermarkets in Serbia in a bit more than a year, business portal, Retail Serbia, unofficially finds out.
As communicated, the first retail outlet of the French trading chain will open in the second half of 2016 in Novi Sad at the lot where apart hypermarket construction of supplementary facilities is planned as well.

Marinopolous Group is also planning to open Carrefour hypermarket in Novi Beograd in early 2017.

Operations at the Serbian market is managed by their business unit in Bulgaria, Carrefour Marinopoulos Balkans, which operates at the markets of Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Macedonia and Albania.
