Dutch De Heus takes over Sabac-based Proteinka

Dutch producer of cattle food, De Heus has taken over Sabac-based Proteinka from current owner Kartonval.

De Hois is the second-ranked European producer of food for cattle and Sabac-based plant will be one out of 36 in 17 countries. Co-owner of the company, Kum De Hois said priority will be implementation of knowledge from the Netherlands.

Co-owner of Kartonval, Zoran Petkovic, outlined the company decided to sell Proteinka for lack of experience.

The mayor of Sabac, Nebojsa Zelenovic attended the signing of the contract and outlined that arrival of foreign partner is of the interest of all employees and the citizens of Sabac.
