“Energoprojekt” is expecting large investors – construction of office building in Russia is closing to an end, value is 11 millions EUR

“Energoprojekt” holding company has projects all over the world, and its entrance to the A listing of Belgrade’s stock exchange should allow appeal of significant world investors, as stated by the President of the Executive Board, Ignjat Tucovic.

According to his words, the largest project of “Low-rise construction” is a construction of entertainment-mall complex “Aktau” on 50.000 m2 in Kazahstan, in the value of 55 millions EUR, which should be finished by March, 2009. The same company is doing a construction of several floors office building on 14.000 m2 in Russsia, whose value is 11 millions EUR.

“Low-rise building” is conducting several important projects in Peru and Kazahstan. In Peru it is building the third phase of irrigation system Cira-Pjura, whose value is 41 millions EUR, as well as the construction of the road in the value of 19 millions EUR.

They also started last year a construction of the underground metro station in Almata in the value of 17 millions EUR.

“Equipment” has a project worth 130 millions USD in Nigeria, on the construction of two double power transporting lines, of 330 volts and of 2 times of 240 km in longitude. They are also building there a power station ‘Erukan’, in the value of 30 millions USD.

“Hydro engineering” has projects on constructing dams and HE Tekeze in Ethiopia worth 4 millions USD and on constructing dam “Ourkis” in Algiers worth 2.4 millions EUR.
