The National Employment Service (NES) opened the public invitation for the realization of the My First Salary program on August 20, 2021, based on the decree pertaining to this youth employment program.
According to the NES website, the program is realized in four phases.
The first one is meant exclusively for employers, who may apply at www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs between August 20 and September 20, 2021. The second phase is meant for unemployed persons, who may apply between October 1 and 31, 2021. The third phase entails the selection of the candidates by the employers, and the fourth one is the signing of a three-way contract between the NES, the employer and the selected candidate.
